How to order

Browse product –> Add to cart –> Go to checkout –> Verify order –> Delivery information –> Make purchase –> Order confirmation –> Payment notification –> Order delivery.

STEP 1 : Select products
- Browse products by categories.
- Add items to shopping cart.

STEP 2 : Place order (checkout)
- When you have finished shopping, click ‘Go to Checkout’.
- You may change the quantity or remove any item on cart contents.
- Please fill in your personal information for delivery purpose.
- For existing customers, you only need to in your ‘Member ID’ and email address.
- Please note that delivery fee is not automatically calculated in our system. Delivery fee will be charged based on average weight and your area, please refer to ‘Postage Rate‘. Do not make any payment until your order being verified.

STEP 3 : Order confirmation
- You will then receive a confirmation e-mail (Invoice) from us with your order details.
- Please note : There is a cut-off time of 6 pm for our daily orders. If you place order within our business hour (Monday – Friday / 9.00am – 6.00pm), you will then receive an invoice at the same day, otherwise you will receive on the next day.
- If you do not receive any confirmation from us within 12 hours, please contact us for assistance.

STEP 4 : Payment
- Payment method can be via Bank Transfer, Cash deposit, ATM transfer to our account.

- Please note : payment must be made within 24hours after order confirmation, otherwise your order will be automatically canceled.
- Please notify us as soon as you have made payment.

STEP 5 : Delivery
- Your order will be delivered 1(one) day after ‘Payment Notification’ and we successfully receive payment (working days only Mon-Fri). Please refer to our ‘Delivery Schedule‘.

- You can track the status of your order at our website.
- Please remember your invoice no, anytime you want to check your order status with us.
