Q : What makes your products unique from others?
A : We are strictly concern about Quality, Exclusivity, Affordable price and great customer service.
Q : Why you can sell the products at such low prices?
A : Some of products are our own production, we are able to save and cut down on cost incurred.
Q : Color is different from the website.
A : Please understand that there may be some slight color variation in the product between the website and the actual product due to your monitor setting and camera lightning. We will try our best to reflect the truest color as much as possible.
Q : Can I make online purchases? Is it safe?
A : Yes, you can make purchases online. Of course it is safe, we do not reveal your confidential data.
Q : I am not prefer to do online purchase. Can i buy your product by visiting your shop? Where can I get your shop?
A : Yes, Our shop is located at petaling jaya.

ORDERS
Q : How can i place an online order?

Q : How can I know whether my order has been processed?
A : You will receive a confirmation e-mail (invoice) with your detail order. This means that your order has reached us successfully.
Q : How long does it take to process my order?
A : There is a cut-off time of 6 pm for our daily orders. If you place order within our business hour (Monday – Friday / 9.00am – 6.00pm), you will then receive a confirmation e-mail at the same day.
Q : Why I do not receive any response of my order?
A : Normally, we will response shortly within our business hour. If you do not receive order confirmation from us within 12 hours, please check your spam/junk folder OR you might probably have placed order out of our business hour. Please contact us for assistance.
Q : How can i know my order status ?

Q : Is the selling price including shipping cost?
A : No, it is not. Delivery fee will be charged based on average weight and your area, please refer to ‘Postage Rate’.
DELIVERY
Q : When can I get my order?
A : We will send out your order on the next day after you notify payment confirmation to us. We use express mail service (POSLAJU). So it normally will arrive to you within 1-2 days. Please refer to our’Delivery Schedule’.
Q : How can you guarantee my order will be shipped after I make payment?
A : The guarantee is our reputation. If you doubt to do online purchases, we are welcome our customer to come to our place.
Q : What if I do not receive my parcel within the expected delivery time frame?
A : Please call our courier service (Pos Malaysia) at 1-300-300-300 by mentioning the tracking no. of parcel.
Q : Do you accept orders for International delivery?
A : Yes, we ship our products worldwide.
PAYMENT
Q : What are the payment methods?
A : We accept bank transfer, cash and credit cards payment. However, cash and credit cards payment are only available for purchases at our shop.
RETURN & REFUND
Q : I get a defect product, what can I do?
A : Our products will be checked for defects before sending out. However we still accept exchanging of defect product within 7 days since our shipment date. Please refer to ‘Return Policy’.
Q : I cannot fit in this dress, can I return, refund or exchange?
A : Unfortunately, we do not accept return & refund. However we still accept exchanging of product within 7 days since our shipment date in NEW, UNWORN, and UNWASHED condition with original tags. Please refer to ‘Return Policy’.

Q : Can I bargain for selling price?
A : No, Our price is fixed, non-negotiable.
Q : Can I have any discount when I buy a lot of products?
A : Our prices are possibly the lowest in town. We do not give direct discounts. However, please check back regularly as items go on sale from time to time.

A : We are offering our products for ‘Dealer’. Please contact us for further information.
